The Rovereto War Museum was created immediately after the end of the First World War as a reminder of the Trentino’s unification with Italy.
It is situated in the town’s castle and was inaugurated by Victorio Emanuel III in 1921. The museum is today home to a permanent display of arms, uniforms, photographs, documents and memorabilia dating back to the Great War. There are also temporary exhibitions with a variety of themes, such as research, books, history and cinema.
From time to time, the museum plays host to small events, such as buffets and meetings. It has a spacious outdoor courtyard and 70-seat conference room, making it a unique and original venue in a historical location.
