Castel Toblino is a stately home set right on the shores of the lake by the same name. It is an ideal location for celebratory events such as gala dinners and weddings. There are also some areas that can be used for small meetings. The castle was built in the XIV century on an outcrop of rock broken off from the surrounding mountains. It is right on the lake and surrounded by colourful vineyards, and this beautiful castle changes mood as the seasons progress throughout the year.
Nowadays, the fortress is home to a prestigious restaurant for 300 people, which Stefano Bertoni runs with great flair. Bertoni has a wealth of experience and has transformed Castel Toblino into a gastronomic mecca, where the flavours, scents and colours come together to offer a creative and refined cuisine.
The restaurant also has a well-stocked wine cellar which, as well as the traditional ‘Vin Santo,’ houses some 400 plus wines from Italy and abroad.
On the first floor, there are some small rooms, decorated with elaborate, antique furniture. On the second floor, on the other hand, there are larger rooms, set up with all basic technical requirements that can be used for meetings, conferences and seminars for up to a maximum of 150 participants.
The rooms are ideal for coffee breaks and buffets during meetings and events, as well as the large garden, situated around the rock upon which the castle sits.
