Situated in the mid-western part of the Trentino region, the Val Rendena borders the Val di Sole and Val di Non to the north and the Giudicarie valleys to the south. To the west, there is neighbouring Brescia and to the east, the Paganella high plain. It is surrounded by the greenery of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. This area is known for important tourist destinations such as Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo and also for its breath-taking scenery for visitors to enjoy. Amongst the most spectacular of the views in this part of the Trentino are the waterfalls in the rugged Val di Genova and the beautiful mountains of the Brenta, Adamello and Presanella ranges.
