The Paganella high plain is perched in the heart of Trentino and sits between the mountain of the same name and the Brenta Dolomites. It is surrounded by the greenery of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park and boasts places of unbelievable beauty, such as Lake Molveno, which, as well as being the second largest lake in Trentino, also has some of the cleanest waters in the whole of the Alpine region. 
Apart from Molveno, another important place in this area is Andalo, famous for its ski lifts and for the hundreds of excursions and sporting facilities on offer.
